【摘要】目的：探究西医药物联合滋肾宁心汤改善女性更年期综合征的临床效果。方法：选取2022年1月—2022年12月本院收治的80例女性更年期综合征患者，随机将其分为对照组与观察组，每组40例，对照组采用西医药物治疗，观察组采用西医药物联合滋肾宁心汤治疗，对两组治疗效果进行观察。结果：治疗前，两组中医症状积分、激素水平、血脂水平及免疫功能指标比较均无显著差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，观察组上述指标改善情况均优于对照组（P

Clinical effect of western medicine combined with Zishen Ningxin Decoction on improving female climacteric syndrome

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical effect of western medicine combined with Zishen Ningxin decoction on improving female climacteric syndrome.Methods：80 female patients with climacteric syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine，and the observation group was treated with western medicine combined with ZishenNingxindecoction.
