腹泻为临床幼儿频发疾病，其患病因素也相对较多，幼儿胃肠功能弱于成年人，进食难以消化、刺激性强食物可诱发腹泻症状，幼儿自身免疫水平相对较差，饮食卫生习惯较差或病菌入侵机体，可诱发腹泻等不良情况，而病菌感染为腹泻的主要因素之一[1]。（剩余3968字）
