【Abstract】Objective： As a high incidence disease of vagina，vaginitis has a great impact on the physical and mental health of patients. To analyze the application value of five biochemical joint tests of vaginal secretion. Methods： 2000 patients with suspected vaginitis admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were taken as the research object，and taking the results of clinical comprehensive examination as the reference，the diagnostic value of routine microscopic examination and five biochemical joint tests of vaginal secretion were compared and observed.
