【摘要】目的：探讨白内障筛查与康复治疗在防盲治盲中的应用效果。方法：2019年1月—2022年1月本院50岁及以上的老年患者（每年200例），为其建立眼部个人健康档案，筛查符合白内障诊断相关标准的患者后评价其治疗指征，符合治疗指征后给予康复治疗，分析不同时段患者脱盲、脱残情况。结果：2019年1月—2021年12月分别完成白内障康复治疗的患者有50例、76例与80例，65岁及以上患者白内障检出率显著高于65岁以下患者，差异有统计学意义（P
