【摘 要】目的：研究分析在老年咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的治疗中联合应用丙酸倍氯米松以及孟鲁司特钠对患者的肺功能改善效果。方法：选择在2019年1月至12月本院呼吸内科接受治疗的100例老年咳嗽变异性哮喘患者展开分析，根据住院时间的先后顺序分为实验组和参照组，各50例。观察两组的治疗效果。结果：与治疗前比较，治疗后两组患者的炎性因子水平和肺功能指标都得到了改善，治疗后实验组患者的CPR、IL-6以及TNF-α显著低于参照组，结果有统计学意义（P
