柏蛇湿疹膏提取液抗氧化活性的研究

【摘 要】目的：以柏蛇湿疹膏提取液，并对其抗氧化活性进行验证。方法：柏蛇湿疹提取液测定清除ABTS+·和超氧自由基的活性，验证其抗氧化能力。结果：柏蛇湿疹膏提取液具有较强的体外抗氧化活性，其抗氧化能力低于Vc，略优于盐酸小柴碱单剂。结论：证实柏蛇湿疹膏具有一定的体外抗氧化活性。

Study on antioxidant activity of extract of cypress snake eczema ointment

【Abstract】Objective： to take the extract of cypress snake eczema ointment and verify its antioxidant activity. Methods： the scavenging activities of ABTS +· and superoxide free radicals were measured to verify its antioxidant ability. Results： the extract of Baishe eczema ointment had strong antioxidant activity in vitro. Its antioxidant capacity was lower than Vc and slightly better than that of xiaochaine hydrochloride. Conclusion： it is confirmed that Baishe eczema ointment has certain antioxidant activity in vitro.
