【摘 要】目的：分析拉玛泽减痛分娩法联合分娩球护理在产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法：选取初产妇94例，根据入院编号奇偶性分组：奇数47例进入对照组，给予常规分娩护理；偶数47例进入试验组，采用拉玛泽减痛分娩法+分娩球护理。比较不良分娩结局、产妇心理状态和护理满意度。结果：相较于对照组，试验组不良分娩结局发生率更低（10.64%vs31.91%），护理满意度更高（95.74%vs82.98%），有统计学差异（P0.05），干预后这两项评分均明显降低，且试验组评分结果更低（P

Effect of Lamaze analgesic delivery method combined with delivery ball nursing on delivery outcome and maternal psychology

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application effect of Lamaze analgesic delivery method combined with delivery ball nursing in maternal delivery. Methods： 94 primiparas were selected and divided into odd and even groups according to admission number： odd 47 cases were assigned to the control group and given routine delivery care； 47 patients with an even number were admitted to the experimental group and treated with Lamaze analgesic delivery method + delivery ball nursing.
