【摘 要】目的：观察研究高危妊娠产妇分娩产房中的护理管理干预措施对其妊娠结局的影响。方法：采取暗数法选取2020年2月至2021年4月我院治疗的120例高危妊娠产妇，均分为两组，对其实施不同的护理管理措施，对比其临床疗效。结果：观察组产妇满意度为96.67%高于对照组的61.67%，观察组的剖宫产率为43.33%明显低于对照组的65.00%，可见观察组产妇临床治疗效果在各方面均优于对照组产妇，存在统计学差异（P

【Abstract】Objective： To observe and study the effect of nursing management interventions in the delivery room of high-risk pregnant women on their pregnancy outcome. Methods： The dark number method was used to select 120 high-risk pregnant women treated in our hospital from February 2020 to April 2021， and they were divided into two groups to implement different nursing management measures to compare their clinical effects. Results： The maternal satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67% higher than 61.67% of the control group. The cesarean section rate of the observation group was 43.33% significantly lower than 65.00% of the control group.
