国医大师王晞星教授从“脏腑气血”论治手足综合征经验

〔摘要〕 手足综合征是肿瘤患者经化学药物或靶向药物治疗后导致的药毒反应，王晞星教授认为其主要病位责之于肺、脾、肾三脏，与脏腑虚损、气血不足密切相关，提出“辨其脏腑，和其气血”的治疗原则，临床诊疗中效如桴鼓。对王晞星教授辨治手足综合征的临证经验进行总结，以供同道参考。

Professor WANG Xixing's experience in treating hand-foot syndrome based on theory of "zang-fu organs and qi and blood"

〔Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ〕 Hand-foot syndrome （HFS） is a drug toxicity reaction caused by chemotherapy or targeted drugs in cancer patients. Professor WANG Xixing believes that the primary pathogenic sites are in lungs， spleen， and kidneys. It is closely related to the deficiency of zang-fu organs and sufficient qi and blood. Thus， he proposes the treatment principle of "distinguishing the patterns of zang-fu organs and harmonizing qi and blood"， which has been proved effective in clinical diagnosis and treatment. This paper summarizes Professor WANG clinical experience in differentiating and treating HFS for the reference of colleagues.
