从吴汉仙“中西医一家”思想谈中医药高等教育传承创新发展

——以湖南中医药大学为例

〔摘要〕 吴汉仙，湖湘名中医，湖南国医专科学校（湖南中医药大学前身）创始人之一。本文通过整理吴汉仙在近代“中医存废”之争中，为维护中医药传承以及探索中医药教育发展作出的突出贡献，探究其“中西医一家”的思想内涵，从而为中医药高等教育传承创新发展提供有益启示和参照。

〔Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ〕 WU Hanxian， a famous Chinese medicine physician in Hunan， was one of the founders of Hunan National Medical College （the predecessor of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine）. This paper explores the ideological connotations of WU Hanxian's "integration of Chinese and Western medicine" by summarizing his outstanding contributions to safeguarding the inheritance of Chinese medicine and exploring the development of Chinese medicine education amidst the modern debate on the "preservation or abolition of Chinese medicine". It aims to provide useful inspiration and reference for the inheritance， innovation， and development of higher education in Chinese medicine.
