Abstract:Jasmonicacid (JA)isanimportant endogenous phytohormoneregulating plantgrowth.Itisubiquitousihigherplants, regulatingplantdefensesagaistboticandabioticstreses.ispaperreviestheresearchprogressinJAregardingtheiostsis, signaltransductionpathways,androlesinregulatingplantresponsestobioticandabioticstresses.Furthermore,thispaperakesan outlookonthutureresearchdirectionandapplicationofJ,aiming togiveinsightsintoteresearchonthephysiologicalolsofJA in plants and the application of JA in agricultural production.

茉莉酸(jasmonicacid,JA)是一类重要的脂类衍生物植物内源激素,包括游离态的JA及茉莉酸甲酯(MethylJasmonate,MeJA)茉莉酸-氨基酸[如,茉莉酸异亮氨酸(JA-lle)]等JA生物和活性前体物质12-氧-植物二烯酸(12-oxo-phytodienoicacid,OPDA),统称为茉莉酸类化合物,简称“茉莉素(JAs)。(剩余14376字)
