Abstract:Field plotexperiments wereconductedtoexplore theefectsofcompletereplacementofchemical fertilizer withorganic fertilizerontheyield,qualitydiseaseandpest incidenceofcapsicumsandthephysicochemical propertiesofsoil.Fourtreatments weredesigned,cudingpuremicalfertiler(CK)ganicrtileganirtir2ndganicrtilir3.iel, solublesugarcontent,solubleproteincontent,trateontent,anddseaseandpesticidenceofapsicmsandthephysicoceical propertiesofsoilweredeterined.TeresultssowedthatcomparedwithCKrganicftilizersicreasedteyield,solublesgar content, and soluble protein content of capsicumsby 3 7 . 7 6 % - 4 2 . 5 4 % , 3 8 . 1 0 % - 5 1 . 0 7 % ,and 2 0 . 0 3 % - 2 5 . 2 9 % ,respectively,while decreasingthe nitrate content by 8 . 4 7 % - 2 4 . 3 7 % .However,theeffectof organic fertilizer on reducing the incidence of diseases and pests was not obvious. Soil organic matter and alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen were increased by 9 . 7 2 % - 1 1 . 7 4 % and 2 . 6 8 % - 1 0 . 0 4 % respectively.Thecompletereplacementofchemicalfertizerwithorganicfertilizerimprovedtheyieldandqualityofcapsicumsand thephysicochemical propertiesof soil, and organic fertilizer3( 1 . 9 9 % N, 2 . 2 9 % 0 1 . 3 6 % ,and 2 5 . 7 6 % moisture)had the best effect.

辣椒(CapsicumannuumL.)营养价值高,含有丰富的胡萝卜素、维生素和矿物质[],且种植风险低,加工方式多样[2],可应用于食品、医疗、军事等行业[3],是我国种植最广泛的作物之一。(剩余9080字)
