摘 要：本研究通过分析全球的专利申请量、中美欧日韩五大专利局审查员数量和审查周期以及专利制度的变革情况，研究专利审查提质增效在全球范围内的迫切程度及推进程度，为创新审查模式，进一步提质增效提供数据支撑。

Analyze Examination Efficiency of IP5 Bureau from the Perspective of Examination Big Data

Abstract： This article researches the global urgency and promotion degree of the quality improvement and the efficiency improvement of the patent examination through analyzing the global patent application amount， the number of examiners and the examination period and the revolution situation of the patent system in five patent offices of China， America， Europe， Japan and Korean， providing data support for the innovation examination mode and the further quality & efficiency improvement.
