促进河南省技术合同登记高质量发展对策研究

摘 要：针对河南省技术合同登记现状及存在的问题进行深入分析，并对今后技术合同登记工作提出了一些建议，主要有加强服务意识提高服务质量，强化职业道德教育严把质量关，加强业务培育提高服务能力，建议自主开发技术合同登记管理系统，细分行业领域等。

Abstract： This study makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of technology contract registration in our province， and puts forward some suggestions for the future technology contract registration work， mainly including strengthening service awareness to improve service quality， strengthening professional ethics education to handle quality， strengthening business cultivation to improve service ability， suggesting independent development of technology contract registration management system， subdividing industry fields。（剩余5634字）
