影响地铁施工项目成本管理主要因素分析

摘 要：针对地铁机电工程施工成本组成，以地铁机电工程施工成本预测为研究目的，对比国内外相关研究，提出影响地铁施工项目成本管理的主要因素是提取方法以及成本管理方法。说明了构建贝叶斯网络模型进行工程成本的动态分析的有效性，并能够实现对地铁机电工程施工成本的动态跟踪。

Abstract： Aiming at the construction cost composition of subway electromechanical engineering， the auther studies the research purpose of metro electromechanical engineering construction cost forecasting， compares related research at home and abroad， and proposes the extraction method and cost management method for the main factors affecting the cost management of subway construction projects.The effectiveness of constructing a Bayesian network model for dynamic analysis of engineering costs is demonstrated， and the dynamic tracking of construction costs of subway electromechanical engineering can be realized.

0 引言

在城市現代化建设中，轨道交通的建设可谓是一项涉及面广、规模巨大的建设工程，其不仅工程周期长，人力、物力消耗巨大，同时存在诸多专业性问题，因此在工程设计中往往会存在设计和工艺实施滞后的问题，从而导致在项目开设初期只能获取相对比较粗略的项目信息；在工程建设过程中，由于城市轨道交通建设行业数据的欠缺，相关技术分析手段较为滞后，从而很难精准地分析出设计数据和实际建设之间的差异和问题，无法进一步对施工成本进行精确的估算和分析，从而严重地影响了对施工项目的成本管控和全局管理。（剩余5639字）
