城市排水设施改造及排水防涝能力提升研究

——以郑州市为例

摘 要：城市排水设施作为市政基础设施，其完善程度决定着城市排水、防洪排涝等工作效能。本研究结合当前郑州市排水设施现状，围绕设施存在的不足和短板，提出城市排水设施优化改造方案和完善防汛排涝应急机制体制的建议，以期提高城市防灾减灾救灾和防范化解风险挑战的能力和水平，保障城市安全和经济发展。

Research on the Renovation of Urban Drainage Facilities and

the Improvement of Drainage and Waterlogging Prevention

Capabilities：a Case Study in Zhengzhou

Abstract： As a municipal infrastructure， the perfection of urban drainage facilities determines the efficiency of urban drainage， flood control and drainage. Based on the current situation of Zhengzhou drainage facilities， this paper focuses on the deficiencies and shortcomings of the facilities. In order to improve the ability and level of urban disaster prevention， mitigation and relief， prevention and resolution of risks and challenges， and to ensure urban security and economic development， suggestions for optimizing and transforming urban drainage facilities and improving the emergency mechanism for flood control and waterlogging are proposed.
