河南省技术创新中心平台建设现状与对策

摘 要：技术创新中心建设是新时期技术创新和产业升级的重要保障。通过梳理河南省技术创新中心建设的相关政策，分析河南省技术创新中心建设现状，指出建设中存在的问题，并提出了建立完善的政策体系、凝聚科技创新人才、深化产学研深度融合创新体系的发展建议，为河南省在技术创新中心等创新平台体系的建设布局提供支持。

The Status Quo and Development Suggestions of Henan Province Technology Innovation Center Platform Construction

Abstract：The construction of the technological innovation center is an important guarantee for technological innovation and industrial upgrading in the new era.Through combing the policies of Henan Province on the construction of technological innovation centers，analyzing the status quo of the construction of Henan Province Technological Innovation Center，pointing out the problems existing in the construction.Therefore，this article puts forward the development suggestions for establishing a sound policy system，condensing scientific and technological innovation talents，and deepening the in-depth integration of production，education and research into the innovation system.This provides support for Henan Province in the construction and layout of innovation platform systems such as technological innovation centers.
