透明玻璃井道壁缺点分析及对策研究

摘 要:非隔热隔光材质的井道壁或扶梯桁架壁在太阳直射条件下容易产生高温,井道内缺少或没有换气孔等散热降温装置时,会使井道内设备(或驱动站转向站内设备)产生各种高温不良反应。从设置缺点和产生危害等角度入手,阐述并分析透明玻璃井道壁(扶梯透明桁架)设置的不合理性,并提出一些整改的措施。

Defect Analysis and Countermeasures of Transparent Glass Shaft Wall

Abstract: The hoistway or escalator truss wall made of non thermal insulation and light isolation materials is easy to produce high temperature under the direct sunlight. When there is no heat dissipation and cooling device such as air exchange hole in the hoistway, various high-temperature adverse reactions will occur to the equipment in the hoistway (or the equipment in the steering station of the driving station). The author expounds and analyzes the irrationality of the setting of transparent glass shaft wall (escalator transparent truss) from the perspective of setting shortcomings and hazards, and puts forward some rectification measures

0 引言
当前,在旧楼加装电梯、大型商场电梯等电梯中,透明玻璃式的井道壁越来越普及,相较于传统的混凝土结构或钢结构的井道壁,玻璃井道壁有易碎、易爆、透光性强、易造成次生危害、易于观察内部结构等特点[1]。(剩余5185字)
