高校多层次知识产权人才培养模式研究

——以工科优势综合性大学为例

摘 要：知识产权复合应用型人才的培养，是目前高校人才培养急需解决的现实课题。本文從以工科优势综合性大学知识产权人才培养优越性为切入点，指出在高校知识产权人才培养过程中培养方案、实务操作训练以及师资配备存在的问题，提出了在工科优势综合性大学多层次知识产权人才培养，建立开放协同培养模式的建议。

Abstract： The cultivation of intellectual property interdisciplinary applied talents is a realistic topic that needs to be solved urgently in the talents cultivation in universities. Starting from the superiority of intellectual property talent training in the comprehensive universities of engineering advantages， this paper points out the problems existing in the training scheme， practical operation training and teacher staffing in the process of intellectual property talent training in universities， and puts forward some suggestions on multi-level intellectual property talent training and establishing an open collaborative training mode in the comprehensive universities of engineering advantages.
