河南省技术转移专业人才队伍建设研究

摘 要：科技成果转移转化是河南深入实施创新驱动发展，全力建设国家创新高地的关键环节，专业性技术转移人才队伍是构建完善技术转移体系不可或缺的部分。本文通过对河南技术转移人才队伍建设现状调研、存在问题分析，提出促进河南省专业技术转移人才队伍建设的对策建议，为河南省技术转移人才队伍建设提供参考。

Abstract： The transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements is a key link for Henan Province to implement innovation-driven development and construct a national innovation highland. The technology transfer professionals are an indispensable part of the construction and improvement of technology transfer system. In this paper， the current situation and existing problems of the technology transfer in Henan Province are investigated and analyzed. Then the countermeasures to promote the construction of technology transfer professionals are put forward in order to provide reference for the construction of technology transfer professionals in Henan province.
