基础环式风机基础振动位移周期特征研究

摘 要:为了探究基础环式风机在正常运行时基础振动位移周期特征,本文介绍一种针对风机基础环的振动位移监测系统,并以某风电场——直驱式风力发电机为研究对象,连续7天对风机基础进行振动位移监测,得出基础环振动位移周期,通过统计发现两种工况下振动位移周期均成正态分布,且与轮毂转速成反相关关系。

Abstract: To explore the periodic characteristics of vibration displacement of foundation ring type wind turbine during normal operation, this paper introduces a kind of vibration displacement monitoring system for fan foundation ring, and a wind farm with direct-driven wind turbine generators is selected as the research object. The vibration displacement of fan foundation ring is monitored for 7 consecutive days, and the vibration displacement period of fan foundation ring is obtained. Through statistics, it is found that the vibration displacement period under the two working conditions is normal distribution, and is inversely correlated with the hub speed.
