模拟增温对蓝翠雀花繁殖的生态学效应

Abstract:Climate warming affects theplant-polinator interactions byaltering flowering phenology,reproductive allcation,andfloral traitsof plants,which ultimatelyleadsto changes inreproductive sucess of plants.Alpine regions are themost sensitiveareas to global warming.Toexplore theecological efectsof temperatureincreaseon the plant reproductive process in these regions,this study focused on Delphinium caeruleum,a typical alpine plant species inthe alpine meadowsof theQinghai-TibetPlateau.Byusing anopentopchamber(OTC)for warmingtreatment,theefcts of warmingonthefloweringphenology,biomassallcation pattrns,typical floral characteristics,andreproductive success of D .caeruleum were investigated,as well as changes in polinator visiting behavior and pollination efficiency. The results were as follows:(1)Warming advanced the flowering phenology of D . caeruleum and significantly shortened individualflowering durationandfloral longevity.(2)After warming,theresource investmentto vegetative growth ncreased,resulting inan increase in plant height.However,thereproductive allcation decreased,leading to reductions inflowerdiameter,nectarspurlength,pollnvitalityandnectarvolume.(3)Thechanges infloraltraitsafter warming resulted in shortened visitationdurationand reduced pollen deposition per visit by itsonly effctive polinator, Bombus sushikini,which consequentlydecreasedpollination eficiencyandultimatelyexerted negativeimpactson reproductive success.This study reveals the evolution of reproductive characteristics of D .caeruleumand itsaltered interactions with pollinators under global climate warming,providing areferencefor clarifying thecological efectsof climate change on plant reproductive progresses.
