Effects of Dazomet Fumigation on Soil Microbial Community Structure in Relation to Clubroot Disease of Cruciferous Crops

Abstract:Theefectsof dazometfumigationonthemicrobialcommunitystructureofcruciferous clubrotsoil were studied aimingtoprovideatheoreticalbasisfortheaplicationofdazometfumigationincontrolingsoil-boediseasesofcruciferous vegetables.High-throughputsequencing technologywasemployedtoanalyzethesoil microbialcommunitystructureafterdazomet fumigationinclubroot-infectedsoil.Resultsshowedthattheabundanceoffungiandthediversityofbacteriainthesoilwere significantlyreducedbysoilfumigation,andtheOUTs(operationaltaxonomicunit)clusteringresultsofbacteriaandfugiby β diversityanalysisshowedthatthfumigationsignificantlychangedthestructureofmicrobialcommunitiesinthesoil.Thecommunity structuresimilarityusingtwodiferentconcentrationsoffumigationtreatmentwashigh,butshowedlowsimilaritytountreatedand water-treatedcontrolsamplescolltedonthedayofmembraneremoal.Inadition,teuseofdiferentconcentrationsoffuigation (375,400kg/ha)couldalsoincreasetheabundanceofbeneficialfungisuchasChaetomiumandTetracladium,andreducethe abundanceofpathogenicfungisuchasAlternariaandFusarium.However,fumigationalsohadanegativeimpactoncertain beneficial soil fungi.The highest increase inabundance of Chaetomium was 6.69% ,and the highest decrease in Alternaria was 8.84% :
