Abstract:Inorder toexplorethedoughtresistanceof diferent winterwheatvarietiesat germinationstagesoastoprovidea theoreticalbasisforthebredingofdrought-resistant winterwheat,PEG-6OoOwasusedtosimulatedroughtstres,andthe germinationpotential,grminationrate,udlength,radiclelength,coleoptilelength,rootshootatioandmainradicleuberof diferentwheatvarietiesunderdroughtstresseremeasured.ResultsshowedthatwiththeincreaseofPEG-6OOOconcentration,the germinationpotential,germinationrate,budlengthandradiclenumberof winterwheatatgerminationstageweredecreased,the coleoptilelengthandmainradiclelengthwereincreasedfirstandthendecreased,andtherootshotratiowasincreasedIn conclusion,Longzong3,Longzong4,Longzhong5,Longzhong6,Longzhong8,Longzhng10andCang6878hadgoddogt resistance,and were suitable for planting in arid and semi-arid areas of Longzhong and similar ecological types.
