BreedingReport on the New PerillaLine TSoo2 with High Oil Content

Abstract：To breedahigh-yieldandhigh-qualitynewPerillavarietysuitableforcultivation inregionssuchas Tianshui， Pingliang，andQingyangofGansuProvince，anewperllaline TSOO2withhighoilcontentwasbredbyTianshui Instuteof AgiculturalSciencesusingGanguperllaasparentandsystematicbreedingmethod.From2018to2019，TSO02paticipatedin multi-locationregionalexperimentsacros7sitesin2ainGansuProvince，withanaverageyieldof19993kg/a，eprsinga 9 . 1 4 % increaseoverthecontrolvarietyLongsu1.In2O19，itwasfurtherevaluatedinproductionexperiments，showinganaverage yield of1847.89kg/ha， 1 5 . 1 1 % higher than the controlvariety Longsu 1.TSoO2 seeds contain 5 1 . 0 3 % oil，598.0 g/kg linolenic acid， and 2 4 5 . 0 g / k g protein.Itissuitable fordirect seeding inspringormultipleplanting afterwheat in Tianshui，Pingliang，and Qingyang of Gansu Province.
