浅谈6S管理在定制橱柜工厂的深化与应用

【摘  要】6S管理作为家具工厂现场管理必备的工具，更是现场管理的基础。论文对定制橱柜工厂6S管理的现状及深化应用进行探讨，目的在于提升现场的效率，减少生产过程中的浪费，增强市场竞争力。

【Abstract】6S management is a necessary tool for on-site management of furniture factory， which is also the basis of on-site management. This paper discusses the current situation and in-depth application of 6S management for customized cabinet factory， so as to improve the efficiency of on-site， reduce waste in the production process and enhance the market competitiveness.

1 引言

目前，6S管理在国内许多工厂中都在推动使用，但仍坚持始终，守得初心的不多，一般因为工厂进度、质量、人员等问题，6S管理的推动往往遇到很大的阻扰，在传统的橱柜工厂尤为明显。（剩余3376字）
