【摘  要】论文基于三大产业产值及产值比重、就业人数及就业人数比重对中国产业结构演变进行分析，在此基础上研究了中国产业结构存在的问题，并提出了优化中国产业结构的对策和建议。

【Abstract】This paper analyzes the evolution of China's industrial structure based on the output value and the proportion of output value， the number of employees and the proportion of employees of the three main industries. Based on this， this paper studies the problems existing in China's industrial structure， and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize China's industrial structure.

1.1 配第—克拉克定理

随着人均国民收入的不断提高，劳动力在三大产业间的转移变化趋势为：随着经济水平的提高，劳动力从第一产业转向第二产业，随着经济水平的进一步提高，劳动力从第二产业逐渐转向第三产业。（剩余4117字）
