怀远城乡客运一体化案例研究

【摘  要】党的十九大报告提出实施乡村振兴战略，城乡客运一体化是落实党的乡村振兴战略的重要举措。实现怀远城乡客运一体化发展，应强化组织领导，理顺管理体制，实行公司化运营，统筹路线规划和公交化改造，实行基础设施标准化建设，完善配套政策措施，建立健全考核机制，切实做好维稳工作。

【Abstract】The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to implement the rural revitalization strategy， and the urban-rural passenger transport integration is an important measure to implement the Party's rural revitalization strategy. Realizing the development of urban-rural passenger transport integration in Huaiyuan， we should strengthen the organization and leadership， straighten out the management system， implement the company operation， coordinate the route planning and public transport transformation， implement the standardized construction of infrastructure， improve the supporting policies and measures， establish and improve the assessment mechanism， and do a good job in maintaining stability.

1 懷远城乡客运一体化发展的背景

1.1 国家层面

党的十九大报告提出实施乡村振兴战略，必须重塑城乡关系，着力改善乡村水电、信息、交通等基础设施，破除城乡二元结构，实现城乡全要素一体化，走城乡融合发展之路，推动乡村各项事业全面发展，城乡客运一体化是落实党的乡村振兴战略的重要举措。（剩余3008字）
