科研企业成本控制策略探讨

【摘  要】成本控制是企业运营管理中一个必不可少的环节，直接影响企业的利润，对企业的发展壮大具有重要影响。部分科研企业的成本控制范围狭窄、管理不到位、观念落后。论文针对科研企业成本控制的现状，提出了相应的成本控制策略，以供相关企业参考。

【Abstract】Cost control is an essential link in the operation and management of enterprises， which directly affects the profits of enterprises and has an important impact on the development and growth of enterprises. In some scientific research enterprises， the scope of cost control is narrow， management is not in place， and concepts are backward. In view of the current situation of cost control in scientific research enterprises， this paper puts forward corresponding cost control strategies， for reference by relevant enterprises.
