大数据时代背景下档案职业角色转型探究

【摘  要】大数据时代背景下，档案职业群体既有危机又有机遇，是在危机中被动沉沦还是抓住时代的机遇主动实现角色转型，是档案职业群体不得不深思的问题。论文主要从档案职业角色转型的必然性、可能性、艰巨性三方面进行分析，为档案职业群体寻找职业出路，走出现实困境，彰显自身价值提供借鉴指导。

【Abstract】Under the background of big data era， archival occupation groups have both crises and opportunities. It is a question that archival occupation groups have to think deeply about whether to passively sink in the crisis or seize the opportunity of the times to actively realize the role transformation. This paper mainly analyzes the inevitability， possibility and arduousness of the role transformation of archival occupation， so as to provide reference and guidance for archival occupation groups to find a career way out， get out of the realistic dilemma and reveal their own value.
