摘    要：本文结合招商局重工（江苏）有限公司建造的5000t重吊船项目的20m直径超大型吊机法兰的机加工作业过程，探讨超大型吊机法兰机加工工艺流程及实施过程中的控制要点，为类似项目提供借鉴。

Abstract： Based on the machining process of 20 m diameter super large crane flanges in the 5 000 t heavy crane project built by China Merchants Heavy Industry （Jiangsu） Co.， Ltd.， this paper discusses the machining process of super large crane flanges and the control points in the implementation process， in order to provide reference for similar projects.
