浅谈3D打印技术在船舶领域的应用

摘 要:针对3D打印技术在船舶行业应用中面临的问题,提出分段式打印建造玻璃钢船的方案;针对分段合拢,提出两种胶接接头形式;对打印过程中强力构件的处理方式和分段布置形式进行对比分析,得到船体中部分段在3D打印时的最优布置形式。

Research on Application of 3D Printing Technology in Shipbuilding

Abstract: In view of the problems faced by 3D printing technology in the shipbuilding industry, a new scheme of building FRP ship by printing ship blocks is proposed and two types of adhesive bonded joints are shown for blocks assembly. And later the methods for the treatment of the strong components and the arrangement of the blocks in the printing process are compared and analyzed. Finally the optimal arrangement of the blocks is obtained for hull mid blocks during 3D printing.
