摘 要:船舶电气生产设计中,电缆托架大小的设计决定了后期整个电缆敷设及绑扎的完整和美观。本文开发了一种可视化模拟电缆敷设软件,能够准确直观地反映出电缆在托架上的敷设情况,供设计人员放样参考,以达到减少因电缆托架大小问题而引起的电舾件修改,起到降本增效的作用。

for Cable Tray Size Design

Abstract: In the process of ship electrical production design, the design of the size of the cable tray determines the integrity and beauty of the whole cable laying and binding in the later stage. Now a visual simulation software for cable laying is designed, which can accurately and intuitively reflect the laying of cables on the bracket for the reference of designers to make the setting out, so as to reduce the modification of electrical outfitting parts caused by the size of cable bracket and play the role of cost reduction and efficiency increase.

1 前言
在电气生产设计中,电气设计人员对于电缆托架的选取往往是参考电缆总截面积与电缆通道截面积之比,以电缆占有率为依据选择合适的电缆托架,这种仅考虑占比的设计方法具有一定的局限性,无法涵盖所有电缆的实际拉放情况。(剩余3503字)
