某2750TEU集装箱船利用半潜驳进行下水的分析及计算

摘 要:本文介绍了某2750TEU集装箱船,利用半潜驳在港池内进行下水的分析及计算。由于受港池水深及半潜驳下潜能力的限制,船舶下水时的艏艉吃水差受到了严格限制,需要调整船舶下水浮态,在调整浮态时增大了船底结构与坞墩的受力,因此打压载水的时机也受到了限制。

Abstract: This paper introduces the analysis and calculation of a 2 750 TEU container ship launching in the harbor basin with a semi-submersible barge. Due to the limitation of the depth of the harbor basin and the submergence ability of the semi-submersible barge, the trim of the ship when launching is strictly limited. So it is necessary to adjust the floating condition of the ship when launching. When adjusting the ship floating condition with ballast water, the force between the docking block and the bottom structure is increased. So the time for ballasting is also limited.

1 前言
目前大型船舶的下水,一般采用两种方法:一种是在干船坞内建造的船舶和海工平台,出坞前在船坞内放水直至船舶和海工平台起浮到一定安全高度后,打开坞门利用拖船将船舶从船坞拖至码头;另一种是在水平船台建造的大型船舶和海洋平台,一般采用若干台液压顶升小车将船舶顶起沿轨道转移至半潜驳,半潜驳注入压载水实现船舶起浮。(剩余2979字)
