Abstract:The electricity-carbon-green certificate markets in the new power system faces the problems,such as inconsistent transaction targets,inconsistent transactionaccounting,andnonsharingoftransactioninformation.The application ofblockchain technologycan efectivelysolve theabove problems.Based on blockchain technology,the collaborative operation technology of the electricity-carbon-green certificate markets is studied.Firstly,a deep analysis is conductedonthecollaborativerelationshipamong the“electricity-certificate-carbon”markets.Secondly, aunified integral certification mechanism is established by using blockchain to connect the transaction subjects amongthe electricity-carbon-green certificate markets,and a traceabilitymodelforelectricit-carbon-greencertificate is built by combining blockchain smart contracts and consensus mechanisms to ensure the transparencyof transactionsanddata consistencyamong all participants.Finally,experimentsarecarried out toverify the traceabilityof electricity-carbon-green certificate as well as the consensus performance of theblockchain,and the results show the effectiveness of the market system.

新能源电力消费、体现环境价值的新型交易品种,但由于绿电、绿证、碳交易等碳减排产品在碳减排认定机制及权证界定方面的差异,市场之间还未随着新能源的快速发展,绿电交易成为促进形成有效衔接。(剩余10191字)
