Abstract:Accelerated degradation test is oftenused in thereliabilityevaluationofswitching electrical appliance.The consistencyof failure mechanism under each accelerated stress is the basis foraccurate and efficient evaluationof itsreliability.Firstly,inviewoftheposiblemisjudgmentofthefailuremechanismconsistencybased on failure physics and the fact that the quantitative analysis method based on Arrhenius model can notdescribe the degradation law of progresive stress test data,a degradation model based oncrystal vibration energy is proposed. The t -distribution hypothesis testand MonteCarlosimulationarebothcarriedout to verifythatthemodel canbe used to describe the degradation lawof progressive stresstestdata.Then,amethod basedon the degradation model foridentifying theconsistencyoffailure mechanism isproposed.Finally,thecontinuous load acelerated degradation test exampleof arelayshows that it is mutuallverified withdestructive physical analysis.The proposed method,on thebasisofdescribing thedegradationlawof theprogressvestress data,can beusedforthequantitativeanalysis of thefailure mechanism consistency under temperature accelerated stress and has certain effectiveness.
