连续性肾脏替代治疗体外循环寿命风险评估工具的研究进展

摘要  对连续性肾脏替代治疗（CRRT）体外循环寿命的研究现状、压力对CRRT体外循环寿命的影响、CRRT体外循环寿命风险评估工具进行综述，以期为我国临床护理人员早期识别高危人群并实施干预措施提供参考。

Abstract    This paper reviewed the research status of extracorporeal circuit lifespan of continuous renal replacement therapy（CRRT），the effect of stress on the extracorporeal circuit lifespan of CRRT，and the risk assessment tools of extracorporeal circuit lifespan of CRRT，in order to provide reference for clinical nurses in China to identify high⁃risk groups and implement interventions in the early stage.
