Construction of perioperative nursing quality sensitive index system for neurovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment

Abstract  Objective：To establish the perioperative nursing quality sensitive index system for neurovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment.Methods：Based on the framework of the Donabedian's three⁃dimensional "structure⁃process⁃outcome" quality model，literature analysis，semi⁃structured interview，Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to determine the perioperative nursing quality sensitive index system for neurovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment.Results：Two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires were conducted.The effective recoveries were 93.54% and 100.00%，the expert authority coefficients were 0.896 and 0.904，and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.143 and 0.184 （all P<0.001）.The final perioperative nursing quality sensitive index system for neurovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment included 3 first⁃level indicators，10 second⁃level indicators and 47 third⁃level indicators.Conclusions：The constructed perioperative nursing quality sensitive index system for neurovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment is reliable，scientific，professional and practical，and it can provide reference for perioperative nursing quality evaluation of neurovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment.
