老年痴呆病人代理决策应用研究进展

Abstract  This paper introduced the relevant concepts and connotations of surrogate decision making， and systematically reviewed the influencing factors of surrogate decision making and the progress of assisted decision⁃making tools at home and abroad.In order to help surrogate decision makers of dementia patients in China to make the best clinical decisions，to ensure the best interests of patients，and to provide reference basis for the development of surrogate decision making and related care measures for dementia patients in China.

摘要  介绍代理决策的相关概念及内涵，系统综述代理决策的影响因素及国内外辅助决策工具的进展，以期帮助我国痴呆病人代理决策者作出最佳临床决策，确保病人利益最大化，为我国痴呆病人代理决策的发展及制定相关护理措施提供参考依据。（剩余14161字）
