Abstract  Objective:To construct the health education pathway for enterostomy patients based on LEARNS model,and to provide reference for clinical nurses to implement systematic and comprehensive health education for patients with enterostomy.Methods:On the basis of literature review and group discussion,an expert correspondence questionnaire was formed.The Delphi method was adopted to conduct correspondence consultation among 20 experts,and the health education pathway for enterostomy patients was finally formed by combining the index screening criteria and the experts' suggestions.Results:Two rounds of expert letter consultation were conducted.The positive coefficient of experts were 95.2% and 100.0%,the coefficient of expert authority were 0.885 and 0.890,and the Kendall coordination coefficient of expert opinions were 0.155 and 0.162,respectively.The final constructed health education pathway for enterostomy patients included 10 primary indexes and 60 secondary indexes.Conclusions:The constructed health education pathway for enterostomy patients based on LEARNS model was scientific and feasible,and which can guide clinical nurses to carry out health education for enterostomy patients.
