护生为癌症终末期病人提供安宁疗护的意愿及影响因素

Abstract Objective:To investigate the willingness and influencing factors of nursing students to hospice care for patients with end⁃of⁃life cancer.Methods:A survey,involving 644 nursing students from a medical college in Hangzhou city,was conducted by using self⁃designed assessment tool of hospice care willingness,the Jefferson Scale of Physician Empathy for Nursing Students(JSPE⁃NS),the Palliative Care Quiz for Nursing(PCQN) and the Frommelt Attitude Toward Care of the Dying Scale⁃B(FATCOD⁃B).Results:The mean score of hospice care willingness of nursing students was 5.98±1.84.Hospice care knowledge,acceptance of hospice care,experience of death of a friend or relative,exposure to end⁃of⁃life cancer patients,hospice course learning experience,hospice care attitudes,empathy and social volunteering experience were the influencing factors of nursing students to hospice care for patients with end⁃of⁃life cancer.Conclusions:The willingness level of nursing students to hospice care for patients with end⁃of⁃life cancer was moderate,which need to be strengthened.It is necessary to accelerate the construction of hospice care education system, promote the promotion of social recognition of hospice care,and focus on cultivating nursing students' empathy and guide them to form positive attitudes,so as to gradually improve their willingness.
