摘要  总结3例刎颈自杀未遂病人的术后护理经验，术后护理要点包括强化病房管理、注重全时域病情观察、规范气管切开术后气道护理、制定刎颈病人的心理干预对策、做好出院管理规划等，经过精心的治疗和护理，3例病人均康复出院，随访调查证实病人未再发生极端事件。（剩余6522字）
