摘要  从宏观时间轴和微观时间节点两个方面对结直肠癌病人癌因性疲乏纵向变化规律进行总结，并从人口学、社会心理学、疾病因素、生物标志物、遗传因素、肠道菌群等方面对癌因性疲乏的预测因子进行综述，旨在为广大医务工作者识别存在高疲乏轨迹和长期疲乏风险的高危人群，并为其制定更精准的疲乏防治策略提供参考。（剩余17209字）
