摘要  总结65例非急性期颈内动脉闭塞（NO⁃ICAO）病人血运重建后围术期的护理经验，术前给予病人更多的心理安慰及支持，术后注意观察病人的心率、血压、血氧饱和度、呼吸及肢体活动等，密切监测病人病情及术后并发症的发生，改善病人预后。（剩余6527字）
