Study on contents of prescribing right of nurses in otolaryngology department

Abstract  Objective：To discuss the specific prescription drugs and prescription forms of otolaryngology drugs that can be issued by otolaryngology nurses who conform to the prescribing power applicant qualification in tertiary grade A hospitals.Methods：The drugs that could be prescribed by otolaryngology nurses were preliminarily established through literature analysis and expert semi⁃structured interview.As the main content of expert consultation questionnaire，medical and nursing experts were consulted by Delphi method for 2 rounds to determine the contents of prescribing rights and prescription forms of otolaryngology nurses.Results：The positive coefficient and authority coefficient were 87.50% and 82.14%，0.81 and 0.84，respectively.Finally，it was determined that there were three major categories of surgical drugs，38 kinds of drugs，among which 11 kinds of drugs tended to be prescribed in the form of protocol prescription，12 kinds of drugs tended to be independent or protocol prescription，11 kinds of drugs tended to be independent prescription，1 kind of drug tended to be independent prescription or extended prescription.Conclusion：Otolaryngology nurses who meet the qualification of prescribing right application can prescribe 38 kinds of otolaryngology drugs，mainly in the form of protocol prescription，independent or protocol prescription and independent prescription.
