新生儿输液外渗管理研究现状

【摘要】  输液外渗是新生儿输液治疗中最常见的并发症之一，由于新生儿群体的特殊性，输液外渗损伤一般较成年人更为严重。通过对国内新生儿输液外渗管理领域的文献研究，分析国内新生儿输液外渗管理的研究进展，为新生儿输液外渗管理工作提供参考依据。

Research status of neonatal transfusion extravasation management

【Abstract】  Transfusion extravasation is the most common complication in neonatal transfusion treatment. Due to the particularity of neonatal population， transfusion extravasation injury is generally more serious than that of adults. This paper reviews the research progress of neonatal transfusion extravasation management in China through the literature research in the field of neonatal transfusion extravasation management， and provides reference for neonatal transfusion extravasation work.

2014年原国家卫生和计划生育委员会发布《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》，自2014年5月1日起正式实施，标准中对输液外渗的类别分别作了定义，药物渗出、药物外渗、药物外溢统称为输液外渗。（剩余5548字）
