Overall stability of attached rod with screw axial compression

Abstract: In order to study the overall stability of the attached rod of the tower crane with screw axial compression,four atached rods are designed for axial compression test,and the influence of screw length ratio on the stability and buckling mode of the whole atached rod is analyzed.The error analysis of four specimens iscarred out by finite element method to verify the reliability of the finite element method. The method of calculating length coefficient is given through parameter study,and the elastoplastic verification is caried out by finite element method. The results show that the method of calculating length coefficient is reliable and can be used as reference for engineering designers.

0 引言

建筑施工用塔式起重机(以下称为塔机)的高度较高,为防止侧向变形过大或发生倾覆,塔机的塔身独立高度有最大限值,一旦超过该限值,必须使用附着装置将塔身连接到建筑物上,以减少塔身的自由高度和受力情况,保证塔机的整体稳定性,提高运输能力。(剩余8051字)
