【Abstract】Inorder toanalyzethe effctsof In-Vehicle Traffic Lights （IVTL）ondriving behavioral characteristics，a driverdatacollctionsystemisdesigned inanenvironment withobstructedline-of-sight.Fiftyhumansubjects betweenthe agesof 2Oand4Oarerecruited forthedrivingsimulator test，andvehicleanddriverstatusdataarecollcted.After preprocessing，statistical methodsareused toanalyze thecorrelation indicators.Theresultsshowthatcompared with driving withoutIVTL，theaveragespedof vehiclesequippedwith IVTLincreasesignificantly.Intheconditionof trafic lights obstructedbylarge vehicle，thedistancebetweenfolowing vehicleandleadingvehicleisreduced，which potentially mproves road traffc effciency，and IVTLcanalleviate the stress ofdrivers brought bythe abnormalroadenvironments.
