【Abstract]The noise source and the noise transmissionof the compressorNVH problem of the electric vehicle heat pump systemarestudied,andtheimprovementisadebyptimizingtheinteralstructureofteelectricompresor,nceasigthe acousticpackageand optimizing theairconditioningpipeline.TheNVH testresultsshow that theinternal structure optimizationcanreducethevibrationexcitationnoiseoftheelectriccompressorwhiletheadditionofacousticpackage andair conditioning pipelineoptimizationcan reduce thecompressrnoise transmission.These enhancementscontribute toa reduction in the noise levelofthe heat pump system during operation and theNVH performance of the vehicle.
