【Abstract]Inorder to addressthe issues ofcomplex control strategy design and hardware circuit implementationof High Frequency AC (HFAC)resonant inverter powersupplyin Electric Vehicle(EV),thispaper proposesacompositecontrol strategybasedonthecombinationofanintegralcontrollerandstatefeedback.TakingthetypicalLCLCDC-HFAC inverteras theresearchobject,theLinearQuadraticRegulator(LQR)optimizationcontroltheoryisusedtorealizetheoflinedigital calculationof thefeedback controlparameters inthecompositecontrol strategy,which improves thedynamicperformanceof the DC/HFAC inverterand enhances the stabilityof the DC-HFAC inverterpowersupply.Thecontrol strategyand hardware circuit designareoptimized bysimplifying theparameterdesign processof thecontrolerandthePhase-Shift Modulation (PSM) method.The experimental results show that the proposed LCLC DC-HFAC inverter power supply based on LQR optimized fedback compositecontrol strategynotonly hasgood steady-state performance,butalsohashigh conversion efficiency and superior dynamic response speed.
